When a student thinks that he can master all the compulsory technical elements and has completed the training hours required that would make him eligible to upgrade onto the next level, therefore, he will be authorized to register in signing up his name on the next upcoming testing sheet that will be displayed in the dojo. However, in order to participate to any testing, the student must have completed prior to, the written test and paid the related fees accordingly. (The fees are displayed on a separated sheet next to the testing sheet.)
